Flat roofs that stay watertight
Flat roofs on extensions, garages, dormers and bays take the worst of the weather. We repair leaks and replace worn-out flat roofs with a clean, durable finish and neat edge details.
Most roof leaks start where the roof meets something else: a chimney, a wall or a valley. We cut and dress new lead to fit each detail, so those joins stay watertight for years.
Chimney stacks take a battering from wind, rain and frost. Crumbling mortar, loose pots and cracked flaunching all let water in. We put it right, from repointing to a full rebuild or removal.
